Michael Moore Says There is Only One Candidate up to the Challenge to 'Crush' Trump

Say what you want about Michael Moore, but he does have a track record of predicting who will become president. Back in 2016 Moore correctly predicted Donald Trump would become the president.

From his website MichaelMoore.com:

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I gave it to you straight last summer when I told you that Donald Trump would be the Republican nominee for president. And now I have even more awful, depressing news for you: Donald J. Trump is going to win in November. This wretched, ignorant, dangerous part-time clown and full time sociopath is going to be our next president. President Trump. Go ahead and say the words, ‘cause you’ll be saying them for the next four years: “PRESIDENT TRUMP.”

Coming off of his accurate prediction of 2016, Moore is now laying out a blueprint for 2020. He now claims that there is only one person who can "crush" President Trump in 2020.

“The only way to remove Trump is to crush Trump,” Moore said during an interview with MSNBC. “And that’s the question that has to be asked, who can crush Trump? Who’s the street fighter?”

“In fact, it is Obama – Michelle Obama,” Moore said. “Everybody watching this right now knows she is a beloved American and she would go in there and she would beat him.”

Michael Moore Says Michelle Obama 2020 is the Answer

“She would beat him in the debates, he wouldn’t be able to bully her, he wouldn’t be able to nickname her,” he said.

The former First Lady has made no indication she plans to run and is not one of the two dozen Democrats vying to battle President Trump in 2020.

“Well, has anyone asked her?” Moore responded. “If asked to serve, I believe she would serve.”

According to a July poll by YouGov, she beat out Oprah Winfrey for the most admired woman in the world. The Obamas have yet to back any of the candidates. It appears they are waiting to see who emerges as the nominee.

Michelle Obama running for president seems incredible unlikely. But hey, many said the same about Donald J. Trump becoming our president in 2016.
